Job description
About the Position
Join the Derby-based team as a Technical Operative focusing on maintaining and providing first-response support for Frozen Fish labelling systems and associated DMP/ILP issues. This role is semi-technical, offering thorough training to empower you with the skills and knowledge to become the frontline resolver for related equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all replenishment operations related to Frozen Fish labelling including refills and waste management.
- Ensure stock levels for Frozen Fish labelling components are adequate and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Maintain daily preventative compliance maintenance tasks for Frozen Fish labelling machinery.
- Act as the initial troubleshooter for issues concerning Frozen Fish labelling, escalating unresolved problems to the Engineering Team.
- Execute routine ILP maintenance tasks for Kitting such as cleaning print heads and label alignment on a daily and weekly basis.
- Perform basic DMP duties on Kitting machinery routinely as scheduled.
- Handle reactive maintenance tasks on kitting equipment, including replacing scanners and keyboards.
- Adhere strictly to Food Safety regulations and uphold HelloFresh's quality standards at all times.
- Participate in various ad hoc projects as required by the business.
- Maintain consistent standards for Food Safety and Health & Safety, actively reporting any incidents or concerns to your Line Manager.

- Availability to work on diverse shift patterns including weekends.
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination across multiple teams.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent organization and time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks timely.
- Proficiency with computer systems relevant to the role.
