Key Responsibilities

• Creating, updating, and maintaining spare parts lists and related technical drawings.
• Developing maintenance schedules and instructions to ensure operational reliability.
• Compiling and organizing all technical documentation, including bills of materials, drawings, and data sheets.
• Independently researching technical details and clarifying processes by collaborating with various departments.
• Ensuring timely availability and delivery of technical documentation.
• Participating in risk assessments and validating essential safety requirements.
• Supporting project teams with special technical documentation inquiries.
• Producing visuals such as images and drawings for sales and marketing purposes.

Candidate Profile

• Completed technical training, ideally as a technical draftsman or product designer.
• Prior experience in technical documentation within special machinery manufacturing is advantageous.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Solid foundational skills in SolidWorks.
• Preferably familiar with SolidWorks Composer or Catia Composer and Festo FluidDraw software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Experience working with PLM and ERP systems.
• Excellent command of German, both spoken and written.
• Basic English language skills.
