Technical Customer Service Advisor (m/f/div.) Focus on Surface Heating - Eastern Germany Region

Job Overview

Positioned in Ransbach-Baumbach, Rhineland-Palatinate, this role focuses on supporting and overseeing construction sites specializing in surface and underfloor heating systems within Southern Germany.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction activities related to surface and floor heating installations.
• Inspect and approve preparatory construction work before installation begins.
• Coordinate and monitor correct execution of installation processes on site.
• Conduct and oversee milling work required for underfloor heating systems.
• Provide technical guidance and consultation to customers and building partners directly at the site.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all work and maintain close communication with sales and project management teams.

Candidate Profile

• Completed technical education such as a certificate in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning (SHK), mechatronics, or a related field.
• Practical experience in construction site supervision and installation coordination.
• Ability to work independently with a structured approach.
• Strong team spirit with excellent service and client focus.
• Willingness to travel within Southern Germany as required.
