Team Member - Zepto Cafe

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated male team members to join Zepto Cafe in Gurgaon. This full-time role involves various responsibilities to maintain high standards of food preparation and customer service in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food items following strict company guidelines and standards.
• Accurately package food orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization within the kitchen area.
• Keep the kitchen well-maintained and orderly throughout shifts.
• Operate billing and POS systems when necessary to assist customers.
• Adhere to food safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
• Help manage inventory and stock levels effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth daily café operations.

Shift and Work Details

• Work involves day and night rotational shifts.
• Each shift lasts approximately 9 hours.
• Employees receive a rotating weekly day off.

Compensation and Benefits

• In-hand salary of ₹17,000 per month.
• Provident Fund (PF) contributions.
