About the Role
This position as a Team Member HR Operations (Employee Data Management) is with Seamex, part of Birla Management Centre Services Pvt Ltd under the Aditya Birla Group. Located in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, this role operates onsite within the HR Shared Services department. The role focuses on enterprise-scale employee data management that supports the global workforce of a multinational conglomerate.
Job Overview
The role involves managing and governing the entire employee data infrastructure using advanced platforms such as PeopleSoft. This data structure supports key HR functions including talent management, payroll, and workforce planning. Candidates with an MBA or PGDM looking to move beyond routine HR tasks will find this role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to data integrity and strategic HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure continual real-time accuracy and updates of global employee profiles encompassing Workforce Administration, Position Management, and Compensation data.
- Administer comprehensive configurations for employee lifecycle milestones, including onboarding, induction progress tracking, and securely handling offboarding data.
- Collaborate across departments to provide clean data sets on attendance, leave, and compensation modifications.
- Manage master data for critical employee benefits such as GMC, GPA, and Nischint, maintaining effective communication with external vendors without delays.
- Function as an internal consultant by resolving complex employee inquiries concerning corporate policies, data updates, and usage of self-service systems.
Candidate Profile
- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institution is preferred.
- Technical familiarity or conceptual understanding of ERP systems like PeopleSoft, SAP, or Workday.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and management.
- Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and deep understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
