Team Leader

About the Role

Boo Boo Laand is growing its team and is seeking experienced, driven Team Leaders for its locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This position is focused on keeping day-to-day operations running efficiently while ensuring guests receive a strong service experience and the team performs at a high level.

What You’ll Do

• Guide, encourage, and support team members so operational and service goals are consistently met.
• Maintain a high standard of customer care aligned with hospitality expectations.
• Oversee daily workflows and make sure company rules and procedures are followed.
• Track team output, coach employees, and contribute to staff growth and development.
• Address customer issues in a calm, professional way and work toward quick resolution.
• Keep cleanliness, visual presentation, and day-to-day operating standards in check.
• Work with management to support sales goals and operational targets.
• Help build a positive, cooperative, and performance-focused team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or in a comparable leadership position.
• Experience in hotels, hospitality, or food and beverage is strongly preferred.
• Strong ability to lead people, communicate clearly, and solve problems effectively.
• A customer-first mindset with a proactive and upbeat approach.
• Comfort working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
