About the Role

Our client, an innovative accountancy firm located in Dublin, is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join and play a key leadership role within their expanding team. You will collaborate closely with the Managing Partner, taking full responsibility for tax compliance and advisory duties across a diverse and dynamic client base. Responsibilities

• Lead and execute tax compliance projects, support tax planning initiatives, and oversee the allocation of staff and adherence to deadlines.
• Manage a varied portfolio of corporate clients spanning multiple sectors by delivering expert tax advice and cultivating strong, enduring client relationships.
• Enhance team outcomes by working collaboratively and contributing meaningful value to client engagements.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members and collaborate closely with the tax partner to expand the firm’s tax expertise.

Requirements

• Possession of the CTA tax qualification is mandatory.
• At least five years of professional experience within an Irish accountancy practice.
• In-depth technical understanding of Irish tax laws and familiarity with Revenue systems.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple clients and deadlines alongside proven leadership capabilities.
