Role overview

Motion Recruitment is hiring a Talent Recruiter for its Enterprise Talent Services team in Denver. This is a hybrid setup requiring two onsite days each week, so only candidates based locally can be considered.

The position is suitable for someone with 0 to 3 years of experience and comes with structured training, including group learning and direct one-on-one guidance. The role focuses on finding both technical and non-technical talent for enterprise clients across the country.

Key responsibilities

You will manage the full recruitment process for nationwide openings, from sourcing candidates through offer creation and post-offer support. The work covers a mix of technical and non-technical positions for enterprise organizations.

You will also post roles, search job boards for suitable candidates, develop strong candidate connections, speak with applicants by phone, match skills to open roles in real time, coordinate interviews, prepare candidates for interview rounds, collect interview feedback, and present offers to successful candidates.

In addition, you will support the internal HR team with onboarding and offboarding activities, while also building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Desired qualifications

A bachelor's degree is required. The ideal candidate has 0 to 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and is comfortable working in a high-volume phone-based environment.

Experience using Bullhorn as an ATS is considered a strong advantage. The employer is looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in recruiting and sales.

This is a full-time position that includes base pay, bonus potential, and commission opportunities. Compensation can increase with each successful placement, and there is a defined path toward a Senior Talent Recruiter role with base salary plus commission.
