About the Role

As part of the global EY organization, your role will contribute to building a better working world by supporting EY’s supply chain through the Talent Procurement function.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide trusted consulting to EY stakeholders by delivering project pipelines, exceptional client service, and measurable financial benefits such as cost savings and contract value optimization.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and Global Procurement counterparts to craft category strategies aligned with EY’s global objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, delivering updates and insights on category progress and market trends.
- Champion adherence to Global Procurement and Supply Chain policies to ensure compliance and value realization among project teams and stakeholders.
- Lead requests for proposals (RFPs), manage commercial and contractual negotiations closely with Legal, Global Client Serving Partners, Sector Leaders, and other business divisions.
- Enhance sourcing efficiency and compliance by implementing purchase order processes and leveraging AI tools where suitable.
- Develop and execute sourcing plans that support business priorities while driving commercial gains and process efficiencies.
- Manage complex sourcing initiatives end-to-end, including competitive bidding events, supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and ongoing governance oversight.
- Provide procurement advice to business leaders by leveraging market intelligence, spend analytics, and strategic guidance.
- Oversee negotiation and administration of master service agreements (MSAs), framework service agreements (FSAs), statements of work (SOWs), amendments, and other contractual documents.
- Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Risk, Information Security, and Compliance teams to ensure proper contractual safeguards and effective risk management.
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with strategic suppliers through governance reviews, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with supplier onboarding, due diligence, compliance assessments, and remedial actions as necessary.
- Engage extensively with senior leaders across geographies and functions, serving as a reliable procurement advisor and escalation point for supplier and contract matters.
- Contribute to procurement transformation efforts, process enhancements, capability building, and mentoring procurement team members.

- Proven expertise in delivering sourcing projects with high compliance standards.

- In-depth knowledge of Talent procurement categories and their market dynamics.
- Ability to lead change by cultivating trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and partners.
- Sound judgment and effective decision-making capabilities.
- Robust organizational and workload management skills with an ability to work independently.
- A positive mindset with enthusiasm for learning and adapting to change.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Experience in Talent Procurement, preferably within Human Capital Procurement, within a high-performance, team-oriented setting.
- Strong procurement and commercial skills to direct sourcing and demand planning across various service categories.
- Ability to align with and influence senior-level stakeholders, backed by an international perspective.
- Experience in executing online Requests for Proposal (RFX) and e-Auctions.
- Proficiency in English with the capability to lead conversations independently.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and certifications such as CPSM.
- Over 10 years of experience in procurement roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a global and culturally diverse workplace.
- Experience in collaborative virtual and remote work environments.
