Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate candidates against job specifications and present suitable applicants to hiring managers for further review.
• Oversee the applicant flow through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Conduct various interview formats including phone, video, and face-to-face.
• Utilize CRM tools and external platforms to source resumes with required competencies and technical skills.
• Actively source passive candidates to fill current openings and build a talent pipeline for future roles.
• Coordinate interview activities, administer skill assessments, and resolve logistical challenges.
• Lead offer discussions and negotiations with shortlisted candidates.
• Facilitate pre-employment requirements and onboarding processes alongside Talent Acquisition administration.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department hiring objectives and offer expert advice to structure effective interview procedures.
• Partner with third-party staffing agencies for challenging-to-fill jobs and maintain professional relationships with these firms and relevant professional organizations.
• Manage securing contractors for various organizational needs.
• Ensure recruitment data compliance and maintain tracking within recruitment systems.
• Provide weekly updates on recruitment status to hiring managers.
• Achieve or surpass team key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Work effectively with the broader Talent Acquisition team and cross-functional partners to accomplish company goals.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned that support recruitment objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or a high school diploma/GED accompanied by equivalent professional experience is required.
• Minimum of four years of comprehensive recruiting experience focusing on legal secretaries, administrative support, facilities, and operations roles within law firms or professional services settings.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to thrive in fast-paced professional environments.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
