Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who excels beyond merely filling vacancies—someone proactive in identifying top talent even before roles are defined. The ideal candidate possesses a robust candidate pool and strong networks in fabric sourcing, merchandising, fashion production, and supply chain sectors. Additionally, the ability to recruit effectively for tech, sales, and marketing positions with tailored strategies is essential. This position is pivotal in shaping hiring practices and building impactful teams that drive company success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across technology, fabric sourcing, production, sales, and marketing departments.
• Utilize LinkedIn headhunting techniques, leveraging an established personal network and pre-existing candidate pipelines in diverse domains.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements and team dynamics.
• Implement sourcing strategies through various channels including online platforms, referrals, and industry contacts.
• Conduct candidate screening, evaluation, and shortlisting focused on quality and organizational fit.
• Manage the candidate journey from initial contact to offer acceptance ensuring a positive experience.
• Analyze hiring metrics to enhance recruitment speed and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 to 12 years of direct recruitment experience, either within organizations or recruitment agencies.
• Demonstrated expertise hiring across multiple functions, especially in technology and manufacturing.
• A strong, existing talent pipeline and professional network.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-oriented setting.
• Sound judgment in assessing talent beyond resume qualifications.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in fashion, textile, or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of employer branding and strategies to enhance talent engagement.
