About the Company
The company is building an AI-native smart assistant designed to help everyday users manage conversations, errands, planning, and workflows with very little prompting. Its goal is to improve reliability for long-running tasks, maintain context over time, and complete real-world actions effectively even when model outputs are unpredictable. The broader ambition is to help users finish daily tasks in a way that is far faster and more enjoyable, with roughly 90% reduction in time spent.
Role Overview
This position supports the full recruitment cycle for product, engineering, and business hiring. It is a practical, execution-heavy opportunity suited to someone at the start of their career who wants to learn how strong technical hiring is run in a real-world setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the complete hiring process, including sourcing, resume review, interview coordination, and offer-stage support.
- Find candidates using channels such as LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Review CVs and conduct early-stage screenings to evaluate fit, motivation, and communication skills.
- Arrange interviews, manage scheduling, and gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers.
- Keep candidate information accurate and current in the ATS while maintaining consistent recruiting processes.
- Contribute to recruiting projects and process improvements as the team grows, including initiatives tied to candidate experience and employer branding.
- Help ensure hiring operations stay organised, responsive, and on track.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or a similar field; fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are also welcome.
- Strong organisational ability and careful attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfort using Google Sheets or Excel, along with basic ATS tools.
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
- Able to manage several tasks at once and complete follow-through reliably.
- Previous recruiting experience is useful but not mandatory; curiosity, attitude, and execution are valued most.
