Role Overview
Our client is an expanding technology platform that facilitates connections between freelancers, contractors, and prestigious employers such as Monzo, Google, and Expedia. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager who will focus on collaborating exclusively with their enterprise clients to attract top-tier freelancers posted on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to source and secure the most suitable freelancers available on the platform.
- Engage exclusively with the platform's extensive network of over 100,000 freelancers.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with both freelancers and clients to support ongoing recruitment efforts.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of technology's role in transforming business operations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least 18 months of experience in recruitment.
- Proven expertise in contract recruitment is mandatory.
- Experience in recruiting for creative roles is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Genuine interest in technology and its application in business improvement.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary up to $65,000 USD plus uncapped commission potential.
