System & Network Administrator

Role Overview

This position is responsible for keeping the company’s IT and communications environment stable, secure, and available across multiple branches. The role spans network administration, cloud services, server support, security tooling, collaboration platforms, and day-to-day infrastructure troubleshooting.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain and support multi-site enterprise networking, covering LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, VLANs, and firewall setups.
• Administer Microsoft Azure components such as virtual machines, Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access, backup services, Bastion, Log Analytics, and cloud security controls.
• Run and support Veeam Backup & Replication for on-premises systems to safeguard data and support disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Look after private cloud and server environments, including Windows Server, Linux Server, and hypervisor-based virtualization platforms.
• Configure and manage FortiGate and FortiWeb for security, VPN access, traffic control, web application protection, and threat mitigation.
• Handle Sophos Firewall capabilities including SD-WAN, load balancing, web filtering, VPNs, and security policy enforcement.
• Support Cisco core switching, routing, VLAN design, and branch connectivity.
• Manage Active Directory across more than 20 locations supporting over 300 users and devices, including accounts, Group Policy, access permissions, and software rollout.
• Administer Google Workspace services such as user onboarding, email systems, security settings, and policy compliance.
• Put email protection measures in place, including spam controls, anti-phishing measures, and secure messaging practices.
• Deliver cybersecurity awareness sessions and phishing simulation exercises to strengthen user security habits.
• Ensure IT systems align with Saudi Aramco Cybersecurity Compliance Certificate requirements.
• Manage DNS configuration and reliability to support stable network name resolution.
• Administer on-premises Microsoft SQL Server databases, including backup planning, performance oversight, and security controls.
• Support Avaya PBX systems to maintain dependable internal and external voice communication across branches.
• Deploy and maintain Ubiquiti wireless access points across retail locations to provide secure Wi‑Fi coverage.
• Oversee CCTV and surveillance systems to ensure continuous monitoring and availability.
• Coordinate internet circuit installations with service providers and resolve connectivity issues quickly to reduce downtime.
• Own the IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, stock tracking, allocation, maintenance, warranty administration, software licensing, and secure disposal.
• Investigate and resolve issues involving Azure, servers, firewalls, networking, and related infrastructure to keep operations running smoothly.
• Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 security by creating tailored security roles that enforce least-privilege access and help control licensing costs.

Additional Information

This role is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time onsite position.
