Work pattern and culture

Rosters are regular but flexible, and shifts can include mornings, days, afternoons, overnight duties and weekends. The workplace is described as team-focused, with training and guidance available from peers. Salary packaging is also offered, helping increase your take-home pay.

What you will do

You will provide tailored support that helps participants build independence and manage everyday life. The work includes personal care, assistance with daily routines, encouragement to join social activities, and support with building practical skills. You will also develop positive relationships with participants and their families, keep records up to date, and follow safe work practices at all times.

The ideal candidate brings a positive, can-do attitude and prior experience working in disability support. You should be comfortable thinking creatively, collaborating closely with others, and remaining calm and confident when assisting people with complex behaviours.
