Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to clients with household chores such as cleaning, tidying, washing, and other care plan duties.
• Transport clients to appointments and shopping venues.
• Prepare meals to meet clients' nutritional needs.
• Offer social engagement and respite support for family or carers.
• Deliver personal care services including showering and dressing for those who are qualified and fully trained.

What You Need to Succeed

• A heartfelt commitment to high-quality care for older Australians in community settings.
• Comfort and effective communication in engaging with diverse clients.
• Dependability and cooperative teamwork skills.
• Awareness and adherence to workplace health and safety standards.
• Possession of a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A valid Australian driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle are essential.
