Supply Chain Executive

Role Overview

The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for managing the complete order fulfillment process. This includes receiving and processing purchase orders, coordinating with packaging and logistics teams, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure seamless operations from factory to client delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile and verify delivery challans between factory and receivers.
• Maintain precise records and enter data systematically using Excel and Tally accounting software.
• Collaborate with packaging teams to ensure timely and accurate packing for Quick Commerce and retail shop orders.
• Arrange and manage bookings with logistics and courier services for deliveries from factory to shops and clients.
• Monitor purchase order emails for Quick Commerce, ensuring prompt order packing and preparation of delivery challans and GST invoices.
• Supervise packing operations to confirm compliance with client specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage compliance-related paperwork, including GST tax invoices and E-Way Bills.
• Oversee stock levels to maintain optimal inventory, preventing shortages or excesses.
• Handle returns by coordinating with logistics and packaging teams for pickups, inspections, and restocking processes.
• Follow up with vendors regarding outstanding deliveries, order confirmations, and supply timelines.

Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in basic Tally accounting software focusing on GST compliance.
• Familiarity with the E-Way Bill portal for transportation documentation.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Word skills for data management and reporting.
