Company Overview
RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd., operating within Qualcomm's Operations Group, focuses on supply chain management related to NPI (New Product Introduction) of RFFE (Radio Frequency Front End) products.
Role Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst will manage coordination with multiple suppliers during the development phases of NPI RFFE products, overseeing a subset of the RFFE product portfolio. The role involves close collaboration with internal engineering teams and the High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) Supply Chain Team. A vital part of the position is evaluating and mitigating risks affecting the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely component delivery and ongoing support. Strong analytical and planning capabilities are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate regularly with suppliers and internal customers across multiple programs to ascertain and support product demand requirements.
- Issue build plans and purchase orders responsive to NPI product demand, while assessing and managing material risks.
- Track Work-In-Progress (WIP) status, verify documentation accuracy, and ensure timely delivery coordination within the supply chain.
- Provide monthly NPI forecasts to Capacity Planning teams and collaborate to resolve capacity constraints and prioritize WIP accordingly.
- Work with various functions to implement projects and make process improvements that strengthen the RFFE NPI supply chain management.
- Identify and help resolve discrepancies in demand by engaging with pertinent teams to troubleshoot and address issues.
- Maintain system data accuracy to ensure critical reports such as shortage and open order reports reflect precise information.
- Manage critical documentation flow, verify documentation correctness using comparison tools, and liaise with internal teams to correct errors.
- Monitor execution and progress of supply deliverables to meet deadlines, flagging potential issues to prevent delays.
- Coordinate project schedules and task assignments adhering to project timelines, working collaboratively with Project Managers (PMs) and Operations Project Managers (OPMs).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with enterprise resource planning software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Knowledge of data visualization or analysis tools including Tableau, Power BI, and SQL is advantageous.
Educational and Experience Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in supply chain management, product planning, or a similar field, or equivalent academic experience.
