Role Overview

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Analyst to ensure the accuracy of inventory across Jetson's expanding warehouse network. This key position demands strong operational discipline, a commitment to data integrity, and the capacity to address and resolve fundamental issues at their root. You will be the key data steward in NetSuite and Arena PLM systems, collaborating closely with warehouse personnel, procurement, and the NetSuite systems team to maintain precise inventory records at every location. This role is critical for supporting Jetson's monthly geographic expansion while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy at all active warehouse locations and serve as the main NetSuite and Arena data steward for warehouse operations, including cycle counting, variance analysis, manual inventory receipts, and audit assistance.
• Post inventory adjustment transactions in NetSuite to address approved cycle count variances and escalate significant or recurring discrepancies according to established thresholds.
• Facilitate the establishment of new warehouse sites by managing initial inventory seeding, conducting opening inventory counts, determining reorder points within NetSuite, and coordinating with the systems team on WMS setup and bin configuration.
• Track, investigate, and resolve discrepancies related to receiving in NetSuite and Arena.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for persistent receiving and inventory challenges.
• Manage processes involving quarantine, reverse logistics, and the disposition of returned or damaged inventory.
• Champion continuous improvements in inventory accuracy practices across the warehouse network.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Proficient user of NetSuite (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cycle counting methodologies, ABC classification, and inventory reconciliation techniques.
• Experience handling receiving discrepancies, returns, and warranty processes.
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analyses to solve problems at their source.
• Exceptional attention to detail and competence in working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with Arena PLM (preferred).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or RF scanning technologies (preferred).
• Capability and experience in using modern technologies, including AI, to enhance and automate daily workflow.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time permanent role based in Centennial, CO with an annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $78,000. Benefits include fully covered dental, vision, and life insurance premiums, 85% coverage on health insurance premiums, educational support programs, parental leave top-up benefits, and a 401k retirement plan.
