About the Role
Based in Galway, Ireland at our office, this part-time position involves working Monday to Friday for 38.75 hours per week. You will be an integral part of our team, driving supplier success through effective operations at Wayfair, one of the largest online home goods destinations worldwide.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, assisting with daily issues and educating them on Wayfair's tools.
- Collaborate efficiently with our global teams to ensure seamless processes.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
- Identify and execute improvements to internal workflows to enhance efficiency and the supplier experience.
- Participate in pilot programs to test innovative solutions, analyze outcomes, and suggest enhancements.
- Collect and share insights with stakeholders to highlight supplier trends and concerns.
- Build productive partnerships across functional teams, advocating for supplier needs within the company.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in supplier, vendor, or client support roles, preferably within logistics, B2B, ecommerce, or supply chain sectors.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Polish or German is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with aptitude to identify root causes and articulate solutions clearly.
- Experience managing smaller projects, including timeline oversight, resource coordination, and delivery assurance.
- Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks, maintain momentum, and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; quick to learn new software and systems.
- Familiarity with Google BigQuery, SQL, or data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
