SuccessFactors EC Consultant

About the Role

Müller's Solutions is looking for a driven and skilled SuccessFactors EC Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. In this role, you will manage the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Employee Central (EC) module within the SuccessFactors suite, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical EC solutions aligned with current industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to collect and analyze their requirements concerning the Employee Central module.
• Configure and customize the SuccessFactors Employee Central system based on specific client needs.
• Create and implement intricate business rules and workflows to streamline HR processes.
• Facilitate integration of Employee Central with other SuccessFactors modules or external systems.
• Offer continuous support by troubleshooting issues related to Employee Central.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Keep abreast of the latest updates, improvements, and best practices in SuccessFactors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the implementation, configuration, and support of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Comprehensive understanding of Employee Central functions, including data modeling, custom objects, business rules, and workflows.
• Expertise in integrating Employee Central through tools such as Dell Boomi, SAP PI/PO, or SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
• Proven skills in integrating the SAP SuccessFactors modules with other related components.
• Strong analytical capabilities and effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
