Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support routine business activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor at all times.
• Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and policies.
• Prepare food items according to set standards and guidelines.
• Follow and implement training materials from the Subway manual.
• Manage inventory through stock control and regular monitoring.
• Ensure an exceptional food experience to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate closely with management to meet weekly and quarterly objectives.
• Be available to work on weekends as required.
