Role Overview

This pivotal position is aimed at an experienced Learning & Development professional to architect and scale comprehensive learning initiatives within SentiLink. The role entails creating a learning strategy, enhancing existing programs, and introducing new initiatives that foster career growth for employees, managers, and leaders across all career stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and lead the company-wide learning and development strategy by identifying skills gaps and prioritizing impactful learning projects.
  • Design, establish, and refine training programs spanning onboarding, fraud education, manager and leadership development, and ongoing professional skill enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to pinpoint capability requirements and engineer effective learning solutions that advance individual and organizational performance.
  • Conduct and lead dynamic workshops and training for employees at all levels.
  • Enhance knowledge access and sharing via the development of scalable learning resources and self-directed tools.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and leverage data-driven feedback to optimize learning outcomes continuously.
  • Serve as the principal custodian for all learning and development activities, managing both strategic planning and practical implementation.

Qualifications

  • 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Consulting focused on change management or organizational effectiveness, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of creating and scaling learning initiatives rather than merely delivering existing content.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities, adept at engaging diverse audiences effectively.
  • Strong program management capabilities with a capacity to independently drive multiple projects from conception to execution.
  • Expertise in designing compelling learning experiences targeted at adult learners.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, building many programs from the ground up.
  • A collaborative, pragmatic, curious mindset with a strong focus on execution.
  • Preferred: Experience within startups or high-growth tech companies and supporting technical teams.

Compensation and Benefits
