Role Overview

We are looking for driven Strategy Analysts & Consultants ready to advance their careers by engaging deeply with meaningful projects from start to finish. This role supports CEOs and executive leaders on site, while also participating in business development and project design and delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Apply structured and analytical problem-solving to complex challenges.
• Produce thorough and polished reports and strategic recommendations.
• Contribute actively to NMC's nationwide expansion efforts.

Work Arrangement

This position follows a hybrid working model based in inner-east Melbourne (Hawthorn) with travel across client sites in Australia. Candidates will work on-site for the initial six months, with opportunities for some remote work thereafter.

Candidate Profile

• Management consulting experience of at least one year, preferably within a Big 4 firm as a consultant.
• Strong communication aptitude including exceptional writing and verbal interaction skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, report preparation, and stakeholder engagement.
• University degree (Business, Commerce, or Science) with high distinction academic standing.
• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
