Role Overview

The Strategic Partnerships Manager for Government, Public Sector & Mobility Ecosystem is a full-time position based in Riyadh with hybrid work flexibility. This role involves identifying, fostering, and overseeing strategic collaborations with government bodies, public sector institutions, and ecosystem partners to strengthen drovox’s mobility services. Key responsibilities include planning partnerships, creating shared value propositions, managing negotiation processes, implementing collaborative agreements, and piloting projects. Daily tasks involve mapping stakeholders, managing accounts, reviewing partnership outcomes, and aligning efforts with teams from product, operations, legal, and finance departments. Monitoring regulatory changes, preparing leadership reports and presentations, and ensuring alignment with drovox’s long-term mobility goals and service standards are also integral to the position.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient business relationship and account management skills to establish and maintain long-term government and institutional partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic partnership development, opportunity identification, agreement structuring, and delivering reciprocal value within public sector and ecosystem contexts.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, evaluate partnership success, support business proposals, and generate actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills for professional stakeholder engagement, presentations, and report drafting.
• Experience collaborating with or within government, public sector, or regulated industries in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with mobility, transportation, or technology platforms, including comprehension of regulatory and compliance environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Engineering, or related areas; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage various projects simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly growing setting.
• Fluent in English with strong preference for Arabic language skills.
