Role Overview

We are seeking Strategic Account Managers to join our growth journey across the region. Ideal candidates have a passion for enterprise sales, cybersecurity, and forging impactful customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a dedicated portfolio of enterprise and global accounts, focusing on customer retention, growth, and negotiating multi-year contract renewals.
  • Create and implement customized account strategies that align TrendAI's offerings with clients’ cybersecurity frameworks, risk profiles, and business goals.
  • Engage with senior executives including CISOs, CIOs, and board members to establish trusted advisory relationships.
  • Work closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to deliver superior customer experiences.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the TrendAI product suite to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Represent TrendAI at industry events, executive briefings, and customer gatherings to enhance brand visibility and deepen client connections.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of five years experience in enterprise B2B sales or account management, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals within complex, solution-oriented sales environments.
  • Superior relationship management skills with the ability to influence both senior executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business insight enabling the translation of technical cybersecurity concepts into compelling business value propositions.
  • Experience using CRM systems and familiarity with sales methodology frameworks such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing AI-enabled or cloud-native security technologies, such as SIEM, XDR, threat intelligence, or identity security platforms.
  • Established network of CISO-level contacts within sectors like financial services, healthcare, or critical infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, or SOC 2.
