Overview
The Store Operations Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the boutique. This position is essential for maintaining operational excellence by managing inventory, supporting administrative tasks, logistics, and various operational processes that facilitate a flawless client experience and assist the sales team in delivering Dior's distinguished service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for handling all aftersales client inquiries, monitoring boutique performance indicators, and addressing associated administrative duties.
- Promptly escalate complex or urgent client and boutique issues to maintain superior service standards.
- Assist with the deployment and execution of digital projects within the boutique environment.
- Oversee all Point of Sale (POS) and cash management procedures, including remote sales processes, ensuring full compliance with local legal requirements and anti-money laundering regulations.
- Thoroughly understand and implement current POS policies, systems, and applications.
- Coordinate and follow up on boutique maintenance needs and budgeting.
- Support the management of ad hoc initiatives such as events, pop-ups, storage arrangements, and boutique opening or closing activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Aid in the management of stock flow including deliveries, transfers, and inventory results while ensuring storage regulations and best practices are observed.
- Assist boutique management in overseeing supply requisites for materials, tools, uniforms, and other resources.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure boutique operations adhere to Dior's protocols, regional operational standards, and local health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Profile
- At least two years of experience in luxury retail operations.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines consistently.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
