Role Overview

We invite a motivated and energetic Retail Store Manager to lead our Belrose showroom. The successful candidate will inspire and guide the sales team towards meeting and exceeding sales goals while ensuring operational efficiency and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to build a positive and cooperative sales team atmosphere.
• Leverage expertise in product knowledge and customer service to boost sales performance.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and uphold company policies.
• Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to strategize and implement sales initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain showroom presentation standards and comply with visual merchandising and safety requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably in furniture or other high-value sectors such as jewellery, cars, bedding, luxury goods, or travel.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a positive outlook and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Dedication to coaching and developing team members to achieve success.
