Role Overview
The Store Manager is entrusted with meeting sales goals, leading and developing store teams to optimize profitability, uphold the brand and corporate image, ensure adherence to operational standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This position full manages daily store operations and workforce alignment with Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle's business aims.
Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee consistent delivery of top-tier customer service by the entire store team.
- Develop creative strategies to draw new customers, boost foot traffic, and increase profitability.
- Monitor brand status by analyzing stock levels, tracking best sellers, and identifying slow-moving products to formulate initiatives for enhancing sales.
- Ensure subordinate compliance with company policies, including financial security, personnel management, safety measures, sales tracking, and documentation.
- Coach and mentor store personnel to improve customer service through comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Maintain adherence to health, safety, security, and compliance protocols, promptly reporting concerns to the Excellence and Compliance team.
- Manage internal operations such as cash handling, stockroom organizing, and stock-taking processes.
- Offer insightful analytical feedback to Operations, Buying, and Planning teams concerning product assortment, pricing, competition, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Possess 4 to 5 years of industry experience with proven managerial expertise.
- Demonstrated success in maximizing business performance.
- Strong understanding of core customer segments and ability to guide the team accordingly.
- Proactively identifies critical paths and engages pertinent stakeholders for timely decision-making.
- Capable of decisive leadership—knows when to make decisions independently versus escalating.
