Position Overview: Store Manager at Autobarn

This leadership opportunity is ideal for an individual passionate about retail and team motivation. As Store Manager, you will own the daily operations of your store, building a high-performing team and shaping a dynamic store environment. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and business success. The role involves hands-on management as well as strategic leadership, reporting directly to the Area Manager.

You will work 38 hours weekly, from Tuesday to Saturday, with automotive knowledge valued but leadership ability as the primary requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and develop team members to cultivate a skilled and enthusiastic workforce aligned with company values.
• Drive sales growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences by leading through company principles.
• Champion workplace health, safety, and compliance, implementing proactive risk management.
• Oversee store presentation, including merchandising, promotions, and visual standards.
• Manage budgeting, rostering, inventory control, and performance tracking to maximize profitability and reduce losses.
