Key Responsibilities

• Manage cash and fuel transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization to uphold a welcoming environment.
• Stock merchandise and assist with inventory management.
• Perform food preparation tasks following health and safety standards, including preparing popular items such as coffee.
• Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and promote the company’s loyalty program.

Qualifications and Skills

• Positive attitude and eagerness to meet and surpass customer service expectations.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety within the store.
• Proficiency in cash handling and fuel transaction procedures.
• Ability to adhere to health code requirements for food preparation.
• Capability to multitask, including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting items up to 50 pounds.
