About Vishwadeep Enterprises and the Role
Vishwadeep Enterprises is seeking a Store Assistant to manage inventory and material handling efficiently. This role is situated in Pune, Maharashtra, and falls under the store department.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Commerce (any graduation field). Prior work experience of 2 to 3 years in store management is required. Candidates should be familiar with basic MS Office applications and have knowledge of ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain daily stock levels consistently.
- Ensure inventory accuracy for consumables and packaging materials.
- Issue materials properly based on requisition slips.
- Maintain proper storage and preservation of Pre-Turn, consumable, and packaging items.
- Document all inward materials accurately.
- Prepare Good Receipt Notes (GRN) efficiently.
- Identify all stored materials clearly and accurately.
- Handle materials carefully and control inventory effectively.
- Ensure parts in the store are properly identified and managed.
Required Skills
- Strong time management capabilities.
- Understanding of continuous improvement processes.
- Effective communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in an automobile company and working with sheet metal components is highly beneficial.
