Role overview
This position supports the CEO’s office by ensuring all written communication is clear, accurate, polished, and professional. The person in this role will help uphold communication standards for the CEO’s office while strengthening the quality and impact of written content. Success in this role requires strong writing and editing ability, careful attention to detail, and comfort working with others in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create, draft, edit, and proofread a broad mix of written materials for the CEO and the CEO’s office, such as speeches, presentations, memos, reports, articles, and related communications.
- Make sure all content follows the organization’s brand rules, preferred tone, and messaging standards.
- Improve the clarity, flow, and effectiveness of written work while correcting grammar, punctuation, and spelling issues.
- Partner with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to collect the information needed for content development and refinement.
- Examine documents and share feedback to support accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal guidelines.
- Check facts, figures, and references to confirm the reliability of the material.
- Perform careful proofreading and editing to remove errors and make the text easier to read.
- Keep the overall quality of all written output consistently high.
- Work closely with the CEO’s office team, including executives and assistants, to gather inputs and coordinate the writing and editing workflow.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, public relations, and legal to keep messaging aligned across teams.
- Handle several writing and editing assignments at once, organize priorities, and deliver work within deadlines.
Education and experience
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline is required. The role also calls for at least 3 years of experience in writing and editing, ideally supporting senior executives in a comparable organization.

This role is based in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time onsite position.
