Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy various modules within Coupa according to functional specifications.
• Work alongside functional teams and client IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document platform requirements.
• Configure Chart of Accounts, commodities, lookups, custom fields, approval workflows, groups, content groups, accounting groups, and validation rules within Coupa.
• Possess thorough knowledge of Coupa's data model and table structures covering the complete Source-to-Pay cycle.
• Perform unit tests to verify compliance with functional and technical requirements as well as system performance.
• Collaborate with QA teams from both functional and client sides to ensure comprehensive testing and quality control.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation related to Coupa configurations such as custom fields, forms, delegation of authority approval chains, alerts, and notifications.
• Create integration solutions connecting Coupa with other enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and integration tools.
• Document integration requirements and ensure their accuracy and completeness with stakeholders.

Required Professional and Technical Skills

• Bachelor of Engineering or Technology degree from a Tier-1 engineering institute.
• Mandatory certification: Coupa Core Implementation Specialist.
• Preferable certifications: Contract Management Administration, Coupa Platform, Coupa Risk Assess, and Coupa Sourcing Optimization.
• Minimum of three years' hands-on experience as a Coupa configurator.
• Prior implementation experience with modules like Contract Lifecycle Management, Analytics, Sourcing, Supplier Information Management, Coupa Risk Assess, and P2P is advantageous.
• Proven track record working as a Coupa configuration consultant or in similar capacities within consulting or related firms.
• Demonstrated expertise in integration workflows for the integrator role.
