Role Overview

The Sourcing Specialist - Accommodation is responsible for managing hotel contracting activities specifically for Turkey, supporting the expansion and strengthening of Almosafer’s hotel supply network. This role involves overseeing hotel partnerships, conducting contract negotiations, and executing strategic sourcing plans to support regional growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hotel providers, acting as the main contact for relationship management.
Negotiate contractual agreements, commercial terms, pricing, and marketing initiatives to optimize business opportunities.
Source and onboard new accommodation partners to broaden Almosafer’s hotel portfolio.
Track partner performance, pricing, and availability; recommend and drive improvements based on data insights and market trends.
Perform market research and competitive analysis to discover new sourcing opportunities and trends.
Collaborate on creating and implementing sourcing strategies and annual plans with management.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supplier integration, operational efficiency, and project delivery.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation including supplier records, Salesforce entries, and performance reports.
Prepare analytical reports on business performance, KPIs, and sourcing metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Represent Almosafer in meetings with key hotel partners to cultivate long-term commercial relationships and drive growth.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related disciplines.
Minimum five years’ experience in hotel contracting, sourcing, or accommodation management within the travel sector.
In-depth understanding of the tourism and hospitality markets, especially regional knowledge.
Proven success in supplier acquisition, commercial negotiation, and relationship management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and hospitality extranets.
Fluent English communication; Arabic language skills are considered advantageous.
Willingness to travel as job duties require.
