Role Overview

This full-time, on-premise position based in Dubai involves collaborating with both clients and internal teams to strategize, design, and oversee custom play equipment projects. Daily duties include understanding client needs, contributing to design ideation, managing project schedules, and ensuring compliance with quality standards during both production and installation phases. The role demands close cooperation with design, manufacturing, and operations departments, as well as preparing necessary reports and regularly updating stakeholders on project progression. Additionally, the position supports ongoing improvements and prioritizes safety alongside creating engaging play experiences for users.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal departments to grasp project requirements and aid in formulating customized play equipment concepts.
• Coordinate project activities by assisting with planning, monitoring tasks, and helping adhere to timelines from design through installation.
• Review specifications and documentation with attention to detail to maintain strict quality and safety standards.
• Effectively communicate updates and ideas both verbally and in writing in English to various stakeholders.
• Operate confidently on-site, demonstrating problem-solving skills and collaborating across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in play equipment, leisure, construction, design, or related industries is advantageous.
• Diploma or degree in fields like design, engineering, architecture, project management, or similar disciplines is preferred.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage client expectations.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
