Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will take charge of Humance’s online presence, with LinkedIn as the main channel and potential expansion to other platforms over time. This person will transform ideas, product updates, customer stories, and industry perspectives into content that grows the audience and encourages meaningful conversation. The role involves close collaboration with the founders and a high level of ownership over publishing and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s social presence and drive growth, especially on LinkedIn.
- Develop and share content that increases engagement and builds credibility.
- Review content performance and focus more effort on what delivers results.
- Keep track of platform updates, new features, and changes to algorithms.
