About the Role

Join Matri, a women’s health brand committed to building trust and genuine engagement rather than just an online presence. We are seeking a Social Media Strategist who grasps the nuances of storytelling, online culture, and understands how to capture audience attention effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Design content calendars and brainstorm campaign concepts that resonate with our target audience.
Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and company founders to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Spot emerging trends and leverage them as growth opportunities for the brand.
Partner with content creators and influencers to amplify our reach.
Monitor social media performance metrics and refine content strategies based on data-driven insights.

Candidate Profile

Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in social media management or brand marketing.
Deep familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video content mechanics.
Strong written communication and copywriting capabilities.
Creative mindset paired with an eye for aesthetics and effective storytelling.
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive ownership approach.

Additional Information

Location: Onsite at Ghitorni, Delhi.
Salary: Up to 30,000 INR per month, commensurate with experience.
