With a global audience exceeding 990,000 organic followers on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok, their content strategy effectively converts followers into clients.
Role Overview
The company seeks a creative professional to transform an extensive collection of original video footage showcasing luxury resorts into captivating short-form content that consistently engages audiences. This full-time, fully remote position offers the opportunity to impact growth as the brand scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) from existing footage archives.
- Craft compelling captions, hooks, and descriptive text that align with the brand’s luxury voice.
- Design diverse content formats, including trend-based edits, rankings, AI-generated voiceover stories, carousel posts, and on-camera/greenscreen presentations.
- Monitor and interpret emerging trends on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, adapting them to suit the brand's identity before they become widespread.
This role exclusively focuses on content creation; community engagement and client communications are managed by another team.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses, preferably in travel or luxury lifestyle sectors.
- Expertise in editing short-form videos characterized by precise, rhythmic cuts and polished output.
- Deep familiarity with popular formats, sounds, and trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Comfortable appearing on camera with excellent verbal English communication skills.
- Self-driven, dependable, and confident working autonomously while exercising creative independence.
