About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and dedicated professionals to join our SME Commercial Insurance team specializing in Non-Motor insurance products. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing insurance brokerage with a focus on commercial clients in the SME segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the SME commercial insurance portfolio focused on non-motor insurance lines.
- Drive business growth by leveraging direct sales channels, collaborating with brokers, and engaging corporate clients.
- Manage insurance products in areas including Fire, Marine, Liability, Property, and other commercial non-motor offerings.
- Build and sustain enduring client relationships to facilitate renewals and ongoing business.
- Ensure all activities comply with both company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in commercial or non-motor insurance roles.
- In-depth knowledge of SME and commercial line insurance products.
- Excellent communication abilities paired with strong relationship management skills.
- Must have proven experience within the General Insurance (GI) sector.
Compensation and Additional Details
- Annual fixed salary up to INR 1,000,000.
- Attractive incentive schemes to reward performance.
Additional Information
Graduation is not a compulsory qualification for this role.
