SLP - Assignment Manager

About the role

This position focuses on strengthening site-level safety, loss prevention, and operational continuity across the assigned area of responsibility. The role is with a fast-scaling quick-commerce company known for delivering a wide range of grocery and daily-need products within minutes across multiple Indian cities.

Key responsibilities

• Put loss-prevention procedures into practice consistently across the assigned area and support smooth business continuity.
• Carry out loss-prevention activities and investigations whenever required.
• Manage incident response and employee relations matters, including crisis management, emergency response, and banner removal activities.
• Coordinate with key internal stakeholders such as DHMs and SIs.
• Oversee guard-force operations and ensure effective manpower deployment.
• Administer and monitor security systems.
• Track packam attendance, LPN scanning, and LPN quality checks.
• Conduct training sessions and awareness programs to strengthen compliance and security discipline.
