Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise daily cafeteria operations, primarily focusing on food and beverage services.
• Provide detailed product information and handle queries related to the HungerBox offerings.
• Identify and understand client requirements ensuring they are fulfilled in collaboration with the city and central teams.
• Handle site-level escalations effectively, coordinating with the operations team to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain regular client interactions, including meetings and reporting on implemented changes to enhance user experience and strengthen partnerships.
• Manage relationships with food vendors, ensuring their compliance with HungerBox policies and adherence to service quality standards.

Candidate Eligibility

Freshers holding a Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) degree as well as candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply for this role.
