Job Overview
This role involves supporting project management by handling site documentation and purchase orders accurately to ensure smooth coordination between site staff and the head office, promoting compliance and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project documentation and oversee purchase orders at the site office to aid project delivery.
- Provide necessary administrative and clerical assistance to site teams to support daily workflow.
- Coordinate with the head office to acquire and process all essential documents for ongoing projects.
- Organize and control the distribution and receipt of documents to keep orderly records.
- Maintain a detailed inventory of project records, ensuring easy access and readiness for audits.
- Regularly review and update documentation to guarantee accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders to ensure documents are submitted on schedule.
- Work with the project team to uphold documentation standards and compliance procedures.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- At least 2 years’ prior experience in site administration and document control, ideally in construction.
- Strong organizational abilities to effectively juggle multiple priorities and tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and partners.
