About the Role and Company
MACA Infrastructure is currently looking for a Labourer to join their team located in Mt Evelyn, servicing the Yarra Ranges region. The role involves meeting specific targets efficiently and safely. MACA, a reputable integrated contracting services company under the Thiess group, specializes in mining, civil construction, infrastructure, and mineral processing. Key Responsibilities
- Installing signs and performing various labourer tasks as required.
- Promptly reporting any equipment faults or defects to the Supervisor.
- Immediately notifying the Supervisor of any hazards, incidents, near misses, or accidents.
- Completing additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
- Ensuring the working environment remains clean and safe.
- Engaging actively in improving and innovating work procedures at MACA.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a role with similar responsibilities.
- Possession of a current Traffic Control ticket is mandatory.
- Preference for candidates familiar with or residing in the Yarra Ranges Shire area.
- Strong dedication to workplace safety.
- Valid Construction White Card required.
