About the Opportunity

Take on a central role in shaping the atmosphere and service quality at our coffee house. As Shift Supervisor, you'll be entrusted with leading a dedicated barista team, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards for our product offerings. Key Responsibilities

• Lead shifts alongside the Store Manager, coordinating team members to deliver a seamless Starbucks Experience to both partners and customers.
• Delegate responsibilities, manage resources, and set daily priorities to boost store profitability and efficiency.
• Cultivate a motivating and supportive work environment, identifying opportunities for team coaching and sharing best practices.
• Supervise store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties, and quickly address any operational or customer challenges.
• Ensure compliance with Starbucks guidelines for cash handling, as well as health, safety, and sanitation procedures, promoting a secure environment for all staff.
• Maintain consistency in beverage and food preparation, adhering strictly to quality, recipe, and presentation standards.
• Mentor staff to uphold high customer service standards and provide immediate feedback to build team capability.
