The company operates in over 2,200 retail locations across 40+ countries and employs more than 30,000 people throughout Europe, Asia, and Africa. LPP is expanding into Kosovo and is now building its team there.
Role overview
The company is opening its second Sinsay store in Prishtina, on St. Agim Ramadani, and is looking for a Shift Leader to help run store operations and support the store manager.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with daily store activities.
- Coordinate store processes during assigned shifts.
- Ensure brand rules and operating standards are followed consistently.
- Maintain product presentation and displays in line with internal guidelines.
- Deliver courteous and professional customer support.
- Handle the cash register and reconcile sales transactions.
- Receive incoming deliveries and manage unloading.
- Arrange merchandise on the sales floor and in storage according to brand standards.
- Manage daily cash handling, including cash-in procedures and transfer of funds to the appropriate company representatives, following internal rules.
- Work with other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading or coordinating a team.
- Ability to work independently and stay committed to assigned duties.
- Understanding of basic labor law principles.
- At least 1 year of retail experience.
- Comfortable adapting to change and solving problems effectively.
- Available to work shift-based schedules.
- Vocational education or equivalent training is required.
