Overview
Join Solarix Technologies, a prominent global IT services provider based in Hyderabad, India, as a Senior Developer specializing in ServiceNow Now Assist and Generative AI technologies. This role involves crafting and enhancing AI-powered workflows within various ServiceNow modules to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and fine-tune Now Assist capabilities across IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and platform workflows.
- Configure AI-driven incident and case summarization, virtual agent responses, AI Search functionalities, and knowledge base generation.
- Design and develop AI Agents utilizing AI Agent Studio, including authoring Language Learning Model (LLM) topics and prompts via Prompt Studio.
- Create and maintain workflows, Flow Designer processes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes in the ServiceNow environment.
- Establish integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server deployments.
- Monitor AI solution metrics relating to performance, accuracy, governance, and compliance standards.
- Lead technical design workshops, architecture and code review sessions ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor fellow developers and uphold adherence to ServiceNow best practices and enterprise-wide development standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into robust, scalable technical implementations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, Prompt Studio, and AI Search components.
- Strong understanding of generative AI principles, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration techniques.
- Familiarity with Predictive Intelligence and Workflow Data Fabric is advantageous.
- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub modules.
- Experience with upgrade-safe development practices and enforcing enterprise governance frameworks.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Micro-certifications in ServiceNow Now Assist or Predictive Intelligence
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification

Compensation Details
The annual salary ranges between 2,000,000 to 3,000,000 INR.
