Primary Responsibilities

Design, develop, and tailor ServiceNow applications and services to meet organizational needs.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Implement enhancements and new features in existing ServiceNow applications.
Prepare and maintain thorough documentation of application setups, system integrations, and workflow processes.
Develop and update ServiceNow components such as workflows, forms, business rules, UI elements, web services, tables, and menus.
Utilize the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices to deliver efficient and effective solutions.
Conduct unit testing and assist user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Provide ongoing operational support and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow seamlessly with other enterprise systems.
Keep abreast of the newest ServiceNow features, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a ServiceNow Developer with comprehensive knowledge of the platform.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with a solid understanding of web technologies.
Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT service management principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are advantageous.

Desired Skills and Attributes

Experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of database design principles and data modeling techniques.
Good understanding of system operations and IT management.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD.
