Role Overview

The position of Service Technician for Water Quality Instrumentation is based in Lusail and requires full-time, on-site presence. Responsibilities include the installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, repair, and calibration of water quality instruments and associated equipment at various client sites. The technician will diagnose equipment faults, perform troubleshooting, replace parts, document all service activities, respond promptly to field service requests, and offer fundamental user guidance while maintaining high customer service and safety standards.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in maintenance and repair of water quality measurement instruments and associated systems.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities to identify and correct technical malfunctions on-site.
• Experience delivering field services including installation, commissioning, and client support.
• Ability to maintain clear communication with customers, manage expectations, and provide professional assistance.
• Preferred educational background includes a diploma or degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience handling water quality analyzers, sensors, and monitoring setups in industrial or infrastructure contexts is advantageous.
• Knowledgeable in safety protocols, proper use of diagnostic tools, and compliance with relevant regulations and project standards.
• Competent in reading technical schematics and manuals, preparing detailed service documentation, and working autonomously or collaboratively.
• Possession of a valid driving license and readiness to travel to client locations as required.
