Service Operator I - Frac Acid

Job Responsibilities

• Perform equipment rig-up and rig-down tasks on job sites under direct supervision.
• Prepare equipment in readiness for operational jobs, ensuring smooth performance.
• Operate service equipment safely, including DME units, high-pressure pumps, and blenders, compliant with customer job designs and key performance indicators.
• Conduct site-specific calculations and manage data collection and dissemination as required.
• Coordinate cleaning, repair, and preparation of equipment for subsequent assignments.
• Engage in continuous skills enhancement through competency programs to elevate job performance.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, promoting safety awareness and environmental responsibility.
• Participate actively in quality control and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• At least six months of relevant experience combined with competency completion at current and next level.
• Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems (HMS and HSE).
